Contractor data built by people who understand data
TradeBridge was built because the existing options for contractor contact data are terrible. Generic B2B databases weren't designed for the home services industry, and it shows.
Why TradeBridge exists
If you sell to home services contractors, you've tried the usual suspects. ZoomInfo gives you "construction companies" that include hardware stores and interior designers. Apollo has no license verification. Shovels has permit data but no contact information. Angi has 3 million contractors in their marketplace but won't sell you the data.
TradeBridge fills the gap. We source contractor data from state licensing boards, the same public records that prove a contractor is actually licensed to do the work they advertise. We verify every record against 50+ sources. We segment by trade type so you can target HVAC contractors separately from plumbers, electricians, and roofers.
The result is outreach-ready contact data: owner names, verified emails, direct phone numbers, active license status, company details, and trade classification. Delivered as a clean CSV in 3-5 business days. No platform to learn. No annual contract.
Who built this
TradeBridge is a product of Provyx, a data intelligence company founded by Rome Thorndike. Rome's background spans data operations at Datajoy (acquired by Databricks), Microsoft, Salesforce, and Snapdocs. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Provyx operates several vertical data brands: Provyx for healthcare provider data, Vettica for veterinary practice data, Fiducia for financial advisor data, and TradeBridge for home services contractor data. Each brand serves a specific vertical with purpose-built sourcing pipelines and trade-specific segmentation.
The data verification engine behind TradeBridge is the same infrastructure that powers all Provyx brands. It handles sourcing from government databases, multi-stage contact verification, and deliverability testing at scale.
How we're different
Three things separate TradeBridge from every other option on the market:
State board sourcing. Every record starts with a state contractor licensing board record. This is the authoritative source for who holds an active contractor license. Generic B2B databases scrape business listings and guess at industry codes. We start with the source of truth.
Trade segmentation. We categorize contractors into 12 trade categories and 26+ subtypes. HVAC alone breaks into residential, commercial, installation, maintenance, ductwork, refrigeration, and heat pump. ZoomInfo's best filter is "construction" or "home improvement," which is useless if you need residential plumbers in Texas.
No platform. We're not selling software. We do the research, run the verification, and deliver clean data. Your team uses whatever CRM or outreach tool they already have. Per-project pricing means you pay for what you use.
